I would like to thank you for your help both before and during our staff conference. It was wonderful to see how, from the initial ideas on what we wanted to include, you were able to add value and put 'flesh on the bones' for us. You were able to share new techniques on various aspects of our conference with the staff - the feedback was nothing but positive. The creative thinking exercise was really effective in generating ideas from our technical experts and worked far better than I expected, simply by use of your engaging techniques.
Everyone has said it was the best conference they have been to and my manager has fed back very positively on the impact of the second day and told her manager how good it was. It has been a pleasure to work with you on the NMS conference and I have already recommended you to colleagues if they hold similar events in the future.
I was impressed by the way you dealt with those few individuals who either actively or passively withdrew from various actions. Your friendly, enthusiastic approach was welcomed by all the staff that I have spoken to.
