Christine holds a firm belief that everyone has the potential to become the person they want to be and to live the life they want to live. Her vision for Quest for Success Ltd is to provide the highest quality NLP training available and to support students in their desire to make incredible change to their lives. Her passion and enthusiasm for NLP is clearly evident in all of her trainings, having experienced the magical changes that can be achieved first hand.

Christine is a highly experienced, very charismatic, energetic and engaging trainer with the rare ability to simplify complex ideas and concepts and to explain everything with clarity and precision. Her knowledge of NLP is second to none and she really knows how to train it. She is one of the most accomplished trainers in the profession, training courses across the UK and Europe on a regular basis. With a thirst for knowledge, she takes her own continuous personal development very seriously and everything she learns, she passes on to her students. Christine created Quest for Success following 17 years in Business. Her wealth of broad ranging business experience includes IT, Environmental Science, Personal Development Coaching, Business Consulting and Innovation, within a variety of complex business environments. She is also one of very few NLP Trainers who frequently works with her own Clients, consistently applying the thinking she trains and developing new and exciting approaches.

On a personal level, Christine is a keen horse woman, having ridden and owned horses since she was a child. She is a qualified PADI Open Water Diver and also enjoys dancing, regularly attending Tap, Latino and Jazz classes. Christine's other passions are motorsport, food and wine, not necessarily in that order!

Ian has over 34 years of experience in the corporate sector, the last 18 years in consulting positions predominately based in the field of organisational change. Having worked in various leadership positions for large organisations, Ian has an in-depth understanding of the importance of personal development and is passionate about supporting people in their quest for excellence.

Ian first came across NLP in 1997 as part of his MBA studies. Since then has been deepening his understanding of the topic, enabling him to demonstrate superb knowledge of all of the topics of both traditional and contemporary NLP.

Ian walks the talk and challenged his long held beliefs and limiting decisions around working for himself. He left behind a steady, well paid, salaried job to commit fully to helping people to achieve their potential, becoming one of the best Trainers of NLP.

Ian is a charismatic and inspirational Trainer of NLP and his unique energy is both calming and motivational.Ian's knowledge of NLP is exceptional and he trains each topic in a way that is easy to understand, accurate and lots of fun.
