I hold a strong belief that everyone has the potential to become the person they want to be. Quest for Success has been created to enable me to share my knowledge and skills to support, encourage and challenge you during your journey towards your goals. My vision is to see individuals and organisations succeed through robust goal setting, positive thinking and by letting go of the negativity that prevents us from fulfilling our true potential.

I come from a strong public sector background, including IT, Science, Personal Coaching and a variety of complex

Business environments, over the last 17 years. As an accomplished Business Consultant and Coach, with experience covering Programme and Project Management, Client Management, Managing Change, Strategy Development, Developmental Coaching and NLP Coaching, I really understand business environments and the challenges they present.

I benefit from a degree level education with post-graduate qualifications in Water and Environment Management, Business Management and Coach-Mentoring. I gained my Coach-Mentoring qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in association with the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring, two of the few organisations who have received a kitemark of accreditation from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. This means that I work to their Ethical Code at all times, giving you peace of mind that the services you buy have a guarantee of quality.

All Coaches are required to undergo regular supervision, to ensure their skills are maintained and that they achieve continued professional development. I regularly receive supervision from a qualified coaching supervisor.  I am also the co-founder of the Manchester Coaching Support Network, which provides Continuous Professional Development and Peer Supervision to its members on a bi-monthly basis, supported by the OSCM. 

The company is fortunate to have a number of trusted partners who work with us on larger contracts and events.  Each partner has a wealth of knowledge and experience and a wide range of skills that will meet all of your needs.

I am a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy(TM) and Hypnosis and my qualifications are accredited by the American Board of NLP, the Time Line Therapy Association and the American Board of Hypnosis.  I have been trained by one of the most respected practitioners in the field, Bruce Farrow of Helford 2000, and guarantee quality in all of my interventions.   

I reside in Oldham, Lancashire.  I'm a keen horse woman, as you can see in the picture of me with my 23 year old thoroughbred Ziggy. I also enjoy dancing and regularly attend tap, jazz and contemporary classes at the Angela Brayshaw School of Dance. I am a PADI qualified Open Water Diver and love to travel to dive sites all over the UK and further afield.  I also enjoy motorsport, particularly Formula 1 and BTCC.
