Each coaching relationship is initiated with a contracting conversation with both the coaching purchaser and the coachee. This session has been created to explore and agree the expectations of the coaching relationship and the obligations of both parties.  When all parties are comfortable with the terms of the coaching contract, a bespoke programme of coaching commences.

The coaching sessions will be relaxed, vibrant, supportive, resonant, focused and challenging. The number and frequency of sessions required very much depend on the goals and identified outcomes of the coaching intervention.

We also provide channels for the coachee to establish reasonable contact with their coach between coaching sessions if required. All coaching sessions and attendant documentation remain in the strictest confidence between the coach and coachee.
